Leading Schools Initiative: Aarti was invited by Dr Debashis Chatterjee, Internationally Acclaimed Leadership Guru and former Director of IIM Kozhikode to address school leaders from across the globe on her work in redefining education systems to make them more child centric and accessible to people living in economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds across India on 16th and 17thMay 2013. He subsequently mentioned her work in a chapter in his best seller Can You Teach a Zebra Some Algebra?
TEDx: Aarti has two prestigious TEDx events to her Credit. The first one is Creating a Million Smiles Through Holistic Education (2011) and the second one is Insanity to Innovation (2013).
University Of Wisconsin (UW):Aarti was invited to present an interactive session on Curriculum Innovation for students and the general public at the UW Fond Du Lac on 10th April 2012. In October 2017 was invited to speak to over 700 teachers on Emotional Intelligence in the Classroom at the prestigious 2nd Teachers Conference organised by the Abu Dhabi University. This session received a huge standing ovation from all the participants. Teachers were from all leading schools in Dubai. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and other parts of the UAE.

Trained all levels of Police personnel in The Investigation of Man Missing Cases – Family Liaison and Interrogation through NLP in 2005.
Planned and implemented a Special 3 month Skill Upgradation programme for the CCK’s at The Salem Steel Plant, Steel Authority of India Limited, as per the requirements mentioned by the Human Resource Managers at the Plant in 2001.
Trained Teacher Training Students of the SALEM DIET on Psychosocial First Aid in the State Level Programmes Organised to prepare teachers for Disaster Management in 2015.
Conducted a Special Course on Creative Therapies for Counsellors at the Karl Kubel Institute for Development Education in 2006.
Periodically train Women Police Personnel of Salem, Namakkal and Dharmapuri Ranges on Stress Management and Work Life Balance with the support and encouragement of the Superintendent Of Police Ms Subbulakshmi, IPS and Deputy Inspector General of Police Ms Vidya Kulkarni, IPS in 2015.
Spearheaded all the Personality Development Programmes and Entrepreneurship Development programmes for Students at the Indian Institute for Handloom Technology, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India from 2002 to 2009.
Trained Prison Staff on Humanism as part of a programme designed by the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons Mr. B.M Ezra, in 2002.
Invited as a resource person to train over 200 students at the Two Day National Conference on Enabling the Learning Disabled in March 2016.

Was instrumental in rehabilitating over 7500 children for over 8 months after the devastating Tsunami that rocked the Southern Coast of India and Sri Lanka in 2004. Designed a Model of reaching out to the children using art, music, play and dance along with teachers and volunteers in local schools who were trained and supported to be effective barefoot counsellors.
Train Special Educators and Teachers on Inclusive Education through the SSA programme of the Government of India since 2015.
Invited to train staff on Emotional Intelligence and Counselling in the Classroom at the AICTE-ISTE sponsored Induction/Refresher programme on “Introduction to Outcome Based Instructional Methods” at the Sona College of Technology in May 2018.
Since 2013 have been actively involved in all the Teacher Skill Building Workshops for Macmillan Publishers, India. This has reached over 20000 teachers across India.
In December 2017, presented a two-day intensive teacher training programme for over 14 schools in DOHA, Qatar at the MES Indian School. There were 400 participants and the topics were MOVE to LEARN and Emotional Intelligence. This was followed by a Parenting workshop for 600 Indian Families living in QATAR.
Invited to train school Principals across the country on Resonant Leadership – Leadership an extension of Emotional Intelligence one of Aarti’s signature programmes. This was very well received by school heads in Hyderabad, Kerala, Chennai and in Karnataka
